1.Why does my smart bulb flicker?

Please upgrade your firmware to the latest. This might be an issue with the first-batch smart bulbs when you use them in Refoss app.

2. Can I use a standard in-wall dimmer to dim the Refoss smart bulb?

No. Refoss smart bulb does not support standard in-wall dimmers. You can dim it through the Refoss app/Amazon Alexa app/Google Home app.
